Easy Returns and Exchanges

Not in love with your Thessaly clothing? No problem!  You can return or exchange any item within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date, as long as it hasn't been worn or washed and still has its original packaging. When you're ready to send your items back, contact us for a return label, simply print the return label at home and drop the package off at any UPS location. Please be aware that the cost of return shipping will be automatically deducted from your final refund.

Once a return/exchange is approved, there is a 15-day window to mail or drop off any items being returned. After 15 days, the return will be invalid, even if we have received the packages back.

Please note: Clearance Items are not eligible for return or exchange.
